Our Foundation Repair & Basement Waterproofing Services
If your foundation needs it, we can do it. Below are some of the specific services we offer to repair or strengthen your foundation, and to improve your basement and in turn your entire home and property.
Foundation Repair. Whether the crack is large and structurally dangerous, or still small, we can fix your foundation so your home stands the test of time.
Crack Repair. We use hydraulic cement to seal foundation cracks, a far more permanent solution than other expanding spray products on the market today.
Parging. Parge coatings are used to cover exterior walls – most often foundations – made of brick or concrete. It is essentially a thin layer of mortar that is applied to walls to enhance the appearance of unattractive block walls.
Foundation Inspections. In general, you should get your foundation inspected every 5 to 7 years. Many issues can develop or become apparent in just a few years. That’s true of all foundations, even those that appear rock-solid.
Window Well Repair, Replacement & Installation. Many basements are dark and dingy due to a lack of natural light. One solution is to turn your small basement windows into proper windows with window wells. We can repair your damaged window wells or build new wells to brighten your basement.
Basement Waterproofing. Nothing can destroy a home the way water can, especially when that water is in your basement. We have a variety of ways to keep the water out and make your basement safe, dry, and pleasant.
Sump Pump Repair, Maintenance & and Installation. For many homeowners, a sump pump is a critical piece of equipment for removing water that can flood your basement. We can install a sump pump for the first time, or replace, repair, or maintain your existing pump.
New Foundation Pouring. For new construction or for additions, a solid foundation is by far the highest priority to ensure your home stands the test of time. If your foundation is improperly constructed, the integrity of your home will be compromised.
Block Wall Repair. Some homes have block wall foundations, which can be damaged and may need repairs, just as with a poured foundation.
Concrete Leveling / Mudjacking. Mudjacking can address the real reason your concrete is starting to crack, sag, or sink: the soil beneath the concrete has air pockets inside of it, which means the soil isn’t strong enough to keep the concrete upright. Mudjacking involves injecting a slurry into the air pockets, under the concrete, to harden and then add support.
Weeping Tile / French Drain Systems. We can excavate install, or repair, weeping tile drainage systems, also known as French drains.
Brick / Masonry Repointing. Moisture and time can wear out the mortar in a block wall or other masonry work, requiring the old mortar to be removed and new mortar applied.
Crawl Space Pump Installation. A crawl space pump can prevent your basement from flooding, or mitigate excess water already there.
Crawl Space Repair. As with the rest of your basement, a crawl space can allow in excess moisture or suffer structural damage, which require repairs to one extent or another.
